1:- Application of the allotment of accommodation in the hostel be made by the bonafide student of the medical institution on prescribed from H-1 accompained by undertaking from parent/guardian in the prescribed from H-2 attested and verified by the judicial Magistrate of the area along with their National identy cards and an undertaking on the prescribed from duly filled in and signed by the parent/guardian and also certifying good conduct of the applicant.
2:- in case of foreign students, the recommendation and undertaking on the prescribed proformas for the admission and the guarantee for the payment of hostel dues and good behavior will be obtained from their respective embassies or consulates.
4:- Previous residents may also apply afresh each academic year on the prescribed form H-1, duly recommended and forwarded by the head of the concerned department.
5:- After the names of the successful candidiates are announced, they shall comply with the allotment requirment to the hostel within the prescribed time limit or their names shall be taken off the allotment list.
6:- Guests shall not be allowed to stay in the hostel.
7:- The allotment of accomodation will be made after the candidiate has payment receipt of the fees/dues against him.
8:- The applicant shall have to furnish a written undertaking in the prescribed form her parents guardian holding her responsible for payment of hostel dues in case her ward fails to make the payment.
9:- Residents shall sign a receipt of hostel property/ assests in their rooms and shall be responsible for any loss or damage thereto
10:- Residents shall strictly abide by all the rules of disciline, conduct and regulations that may be enforced in the hostel from time to time.
3:- The form shall be placed before the hostel allotment committee, which will consider the application for allotment on the basis of criteria fixed by it. The allotment committee shall have the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
HOSTEL FEES
Candidates are supposed to deposit Hostel fees at the time of admissions.
(i) Admission Fee Per year Rs.1500
(ii) Room Rent
(Incl. electric and water charges) Per year Rs.3000
(iii) Identity Card Fee Per year Rs.100
(iv) Hostel maintenance & repair (Non Govt.) Per year Rs.2000
